What’s in the Package

• 2 PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) Visits per Year – for AC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

• Materials and Spares are excluded from the package.

• Emergency Response Time: Within 2 hours for urgent calls.

• Normal Response Time: Within 24 hours for regular service requests.

• Up to 3 Free Call-Outs per Year, inclusive of 1 hour of free labour per visit.

• Extra Call-Outs: AED 100 per hour.

• 1 Pest Control Service per Year.

• 1 Disinfection Service per Year.

• Booking Requests available through the Khidmah Home App.

• Move-In & Move-Out Inspection with a detailed Technical Report.
